Corn Casserole

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package cornbread muffin mix (I used a 6oz package of Pioneer Sweet)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter (softened)

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix ingredients and pour into a 9X9 baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake for 45 minutes.
